Binding Agreement. These Terms govern your use of https://mobiledetailingyukon.com. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
Service Description. This Site describes Mobile Auto Detailing, Interior Detailing, Exterior Detailing, SUV Detailing provided by ISAAC AND ISAAC'S MOBILE DETAILING. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.
Use Requirements. Submissions must be accurate and lawful. You are responsible for activities under any account credentials assigned to you.
Prohibited Conduct. You will not: violate any law, disrupt Site operation, gain unauthorized access, harvest data, transmit malware, or impersonate any person or entity.
Ownership. ISAAC AND ISAAC'S MOBILE DETAILING (or its licensors) owns all Site content, including text, images, branding, and code. Reproduction without consent is prohibited.
Billing. Service prices are quoted in writing before work begins. Payment terms appear on your service agreement, which controls any refund eligibility.
End of Use. ISAAC AND ISAAC'S MOBILE DETAILING may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.
No Warranties. ISAAC AND ISAAC'S MOBILE DETAILING disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.
Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, ISAAC AND ISAAC'S MOBILE DETAILING's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.
Defense Obligation. You will defend, indemnify, and hold ISAAC AND ISAAC'S MOBILE DETAILING harmless from any third-party claim arising from your conduct on or in connection with the Site.
Choice of Law. OK law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of OK, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
Changes to Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. Changes are effective upon posting. Continued Site use after changes means you accept the revisions.
